FABRIZIO FRACCHIA

He was born in Italy in 1966 and lives in Torino.

He is professor of Administrative Law at the L. Bocconi University-Milan.

He holds a law degree of the University of Torino, a philosophy degree of the University of Piemonte Orientale and a PHD in Admnistrative Law of the University of Milan.

Former Professor at the University of Pavia, he is the winner of the Michel Despax Award in 2001 and member and co-founder of the Italo-Argentine Affiliation of Administrative Law.

His research work has been focused on administrative law and environmental law: he is author of several monographs and many publications.
